Originally from South Australia, Tom has now taken up residence in Melbourne where he s developing his art practice. Tom’s painting is driven by his passion for authentic creative expression, his love for people and his belief in the profound beauty that can be found in each of them, beyond the physical.

Tom’s love for the countenances around him was cemented during a trip to Europe and Thailand at the age of fifteen, and he found greater emotional connection to his work during a years volunteer work with the Salvation Army, meeting Melbourne’s most marginalised and vulnerable at their point of need.
