Exposure Courses
TEAR Australia – Overseas Exposure Programs
TEAR Australia’s short-term exposure opportunities help Australians put a face to global poverty. You’ll meet people whose lives are a daily struggle for survival. Hear their stories. Share their journeys. Explore ways in which Christians are responding with compassion and justice, and expose yourself to a life-changing experience.
TEAR Australia runs two types of overseas exposure trips – DEEP (Development Education Experience Program – a three week trip held every January in various countries), and TWESO (Third World Exposure Study Opportunity – which runs for 7 weeks in India every second January/February). We also partner with the Youth Development Centre short term program (3-12 months in South Africa). Click here for more info. http://www.tear.org.au/projects/overseas-exposure-programs/
