Volunteers

Volunteers make SURRENDER what it is. Without them SURRENDER could not exist. Every year over forty people work together during the year and at SURRENDER to help make it the biggest conference of its kind. But what is truly amazing about the volunteers who give their time, energy, creativity, skills, experience and talents to the conference is that most pay for the privelidge!

A couple of part-time staff are supported by an amazing group of volunteers whose support has seen SURRENDER grow from a few hundred people gathering in 2004 to well over 1000 people
