Elizabeth South Community Centre

Volunteer and connect with Elizabeth South Community Centre.

We are a partnership between two local churches from the Northern suburbs of Adelaide, Elizabeth Church of Christ and Northern Communities of Hope. We are a community development project, focused on empowering those in our community and including them in our project directly. We seek to empower the people of this community to make decisions and use and learn skills that will improve their own lives and their communities. We operate a shop front in the Elizabeth South Shopping Centre, which is completely staffed by our volunteers.

Connect through our op shop, cafe, kids out of school program, women’s group, English as a second language group, and more. We host free lunch four days a week, and send out a community newsletter to all houses in Elizabeth South on behalf of the mayor.
