We are inspired by the life of Christ, who was compelled by the Spirit, to bring good news to the poor and to set the oppressed free (Luke 4:18-19).

We live by Christ’s example, to stand in solidarity with the poor and marginalised, to speak out against injustice, and to live out Christ’s command to love God, and to love our neighbour as ourselves. (Mark 12:30-31)

We acknowledge our individual and collective brokenness, and the role we play in the dislocation of creation. We seek to listen in humility and join with Christ to respond in ways that bring about healing, shalom, and the flourishing of all creation.

We surrender our lives to follow Christ and to be a witness of God’s transforming love in our world.

His kingdom come, his will be done on earth as it is heaven…
